Sales tax is added to final cost - if you are tax exempt you must bring tax exemption form with you. A 20% is added to the final bill at the time your head count and menu are finalized. Full payment and final headcount are both due 7 days prior to your scheduled event.  Once the food and wine have ordered--no refunds of any dollar amount will be granted. You will have 10 days prior to your scheduled event to contact the restaurant to cancel your event.  All private events are charged a $150 cleaning fee - this fee will be added to your final bill along with sales tax and gratuity. Parties of 50 or more do not pay a venue fee of $500 unless your number drops below 50 people, and you must spend $1,200 or more in FOOD catering to avoid paying a venue fee.


A cash bar is available: beer, wine, mixed drinks are served (we asked that all of your guests be of legal drinking age) if not you must advise us of anyone under age. Only paper supplies will be used at event, plates, cups, forks, spoons, and napkins.
 
Note: menu prices are subject to change without notice and the cost listed herein do not include sales taxes or delivery fees. Orders may be scheduled for pick-up during these hours Monday-Friday 11 am to 2 pm, delivery is optional. Payment is due at the time the order is placed--all major credit cards are accepted, cash and business checks only. A merchant processing fee of 2% will automatically be added to your total. To ensure accuracy, a 1 to 3 days notice is required on all catering requests.
